Caddy Bill Automation

Caddy Bill Automation is a private, single-user application operated by Todd Grissom to organize household bills for one property.

The application reads billing and payment-notification messages from Todd’s Gmail account, applies deterministic vendor rules, and records derived bill workflow state in Todd’s private AWS account. It uses Google Calendar access only to identify Todd’s existing Bills calendar and, when separately enabled, create or update bill events on calendars Todd owns.

The application is not offered to the public and has no advertising, analytics, user registration, or third-party data sales.
