Caddy Bill Automation is a private application used only by Todd Grissom. It is not available to other users.
Google data accessed
The application requests read-only access to Gmail messages and settings, read-only access to the Google Calendar list, and access to create or change events on calendars Todd owns. Calendar-list access is used to locate the existing calendar named Bills. Calendar event writes remain disabled during the application’s initial shadow-mode operation.
Use and storage
Gmail messages are examined to recognize household bill notices, reminders, scheduled-payment notices, and payment confirmations. The application stores derived bill details, Gmail message identifiers, processing status, and diagnostic information in Todd’s private AWS account. Full email bodies are not intentionally persisted. Google OAuth credentials are stored in AWS Secrets Manager.
Sharing and retention
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with unrelated third parties. Google and Amazon Web Services process data only as needed to provide their services. Workflow records are retained for Todd’s household recordkeeping and may be deleted administratively when no longer needed.
Security and control
Access is limited to the application’s operator and protected by Google OAuth and AWS access controls. Todd can revoke the application’s Google access at any time from Google Account security settings.
Google API policy
The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
